I use this just as their website describes, a pick-me-up and recovery. The flavor is DELICIOUS, seriously. I'm still figuring out how to exactly interchange it with my Energy+ Pre-Workout so we'll see. It's not as strong as their pre-workout, but I use it instead of a second (or third) cup of coffee. Will report back once I use it more, but so far so good.
