We believe in our products and enjoy using them on a daily basis. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your items, you have 30 days to return once you received them.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If Innovative Sports Nutrition has made a mistake during the packaging of your order, a return label will be sent to you free of charge. For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of you, the customer.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This means we will refund you what you paid for the product(s) deducting any discounts used for the purchase. If you send in a package that is unidentifiable, we will not be able to refund you.
Please have the name the order was placed under visible in or on the package, along with your order number. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, or gift cards.
